Each piece is handcrafted in my Southern Pines, NC studio with meticulous care, honoring the story you entrust to me.

How the Keepsake Process Works

I want sending your inclusion to feel simple, secure, and supported every step of the way. Here’s exactly what happens after you place your order:

1. You’ll Receive an Email With Your Prepaid Shipping Label

Within 48 hours after your order is submitted, you’ll get an email directly from me containing:

• Your prepaid shipping label

• Clear instructions on how to package your inclusion
  

There’s no kit to wait for — you can send your materials as soon as you’re ready.

2. Prepare Your Inclusion Material

Please include only the amount needed for your keepsake.
Here’s what I require for each type:

• Breastmilk: 2–4 tablespoons

• Ashes: 2–4 tablespoons

• Hair: One small lock (a few strands is all I need)

• Baby Tooth: One single baby tooth

• Sand or florals: A small spoonful

If you have more than required, please send only the recommended amount. I treat every inclusion with care and honor the portion you trust me with.

3. Package & Ship Your Inclusion

Place your inclusion in a small, sealed container or pouch (anything secure that you already have at home works). If it is a liquid, please double bag it. 
Then place that inside a padded envelope or small box and attach your prepaid label.

Drop it off at any USPS location and your materials will make their way safely to my Southern Pines, NC studio.

4. Your Keepsake Is Created With Intention

Once your inclusion arrives, I begin creating your piece by hand — stabilizing your material (if needed), forming your keepsake stone, and setting it into your chosen solid gold pendant.
Every step is done slowly and intentionally, honoring the story you’ve entrusted to me.

5. Your Necklace Comes Home

Your finished piece is packaged with care, includes your 60-Day Keepsake Jewelry Warranty, and is shipped back to you with tracking so you can follow its journey.

60-Day Keepsake Jewelry Warranty

Your Sam + Sea Artistry keepsake jewelry is crafted with exceptional care using high-quality materials designed for longevity and everyday wear. To ensure your confidence in every piece, your purchase includes a 60-Day Limited Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in the pendant or setting

• Chain defects or breakage unrelated to wear and tear

• Resin or keepsake stone irregularities caused during production

• Premature clouding, separation, or discoloration unrelated to exposure or misuse

If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, Sam + Sea Artistry will repair or remake the item at no cost. Determination of repair versus remake will be made based on the nature of the defect.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, drops, impact, or bending

• Normal wear and tear

• Exposure to chemicals, water submersion, perfumes, lotions, or cleaners

• Damage resulting from failure to follow provided care instructions

• Natural variations or changes inherent to organic inclusions (breastmilk, ashes, hair, sand, florals, etc.)

• Lost or stolen items

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email [your email] within 60 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or video of the issue

• A brief description of the concern

All claims must be reviewed before a replacement or repair is approved.
